Shipping to Singapore: what to know

Singapore Customs processes permits electronically through TradeNet. Most goods enter duty-free, but GST applies to imports, and controlled goods need approvals from the relevant authorities. Changi's Free Trade Zone allows cargo to be stored and transshipped without paying duties and taxes.
