Do you handle AOG shipments?
Yes. For aircraft-on-ground situations we use Next Flight Out and on-board couriers, with customs prepared in advance.
What does AOG mean?
AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground: an aircraft that cannot fly until a part is replaced. AOG shipments get top priority because every hour on the ground is expensive.
Which documents travel with aircraft parts?
Usually an airworthiness release certificate such as EASA Form 1 or FAA Form 8130-3, plus the commercial invoice and packing list.
Are aircraft parts duty-free?
In many markets, civil aircraft parts can benefit from duty relief, for example under end-use procedures in the EU. The conditions differ by country, and we apply the correct procedure.
Do you handle repair and return shipments?
Yes. We ship rotables and components to repair shops and back, including the customs procedures for temporary export and re-import.
